EUR 125 million Schuldschein placement repays the 1E acquisition bridge in full and extends debt maturities out to 2031
GÖPPINGEN, Germany - September 8, 2026 - TeamViewer SE has completed a series of refinancing transactions that strengthen its debt maturity profile and secure financial flexibility for the coming years.
TeamViewer placed a Schuldschein loan totaling EUR 125 million across four-, five- and six-year maturities. Investor demand was strong, with orders exceeding the final placement volume. The inclusion of a six-year tranche reflects investor confidence in TeamViewer's credit profile. TeamViewer also drew down the remaining notional of its new EUR 40 million bilateral facility backed by the European Investment Bank (EIB).
The proceeds were used to fully repay the bridge facility that financed the acquisition of 1E. In parallel, TeamViewer also extended EUR 150 million of its Revolving credit facility from 2029 to 2031.
Together, these transactions materially improve TeamViewer's debt maturity profile, diversify funding sources, strengthen financial flexibility and support the company's ongoing deleveraging.
Michael Wilkens, CFO of TeamViewer, said: "The successful completion of these refinancing measures reflects the confidence of our financing partners and investors in TeamViewer. By extending maturities, diversifying our sources of funding and fully repaying the acquisition bridge facility, we have further strengthened our balance sheet and increased financial flexibility to support our long-term growth strategy."
