Team Internet Group plc announced that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting on July 24, 2026, with strong support for most proposals. The Report of Directors and Audited Accounts received 100% approval, and the re-election of directors Iain McDonald, William Green, and Samuel Dayani saw high favourability at 96.66%, 98.56%, and 94.81% respectively. Resolutions concerning the authority to allot shares and dis-apply pre-emption rights were approved by 83.45% and 83.40% of votes, while the authority to purchase own shares garnered 99.97% support.
