Tata Communications has received approval to sell its Tata Communications Payment Solutions to Findi's Indian subsidiary: Transaction Solutions International . This transaction will include more than 7,500 ATMs, according to a report by Times of India . The transaction was valued at nearly 38 million dollars . With this acquisition, Findi will be able to expand its presence in India and serve underbanked populations.
