Tasman Resources Ltd (ASX:TAS) ('the Company') refers to its announcement on 25 March 2025 in relation to its one for one pro rata renounceable entitlement offer of fully paid ordinary shares (New Shares) to raise up to approximately $3.68 million (Entitlement Offer). The Company is pleased to confirm that it has today dispatched a letter (attached) to eligible shareholders, and which provides details of the Offer, including how to access the Company's prospectus for the offer dated 15 May 2025 (Prospectus) and details on how eligible shareholders may accept their entitlement. Accordingly, the Offer is now open from today until the scheduled closing date at 5pm (WST) on 2 June 2025 . Please refer to the Prospectus for further details in respect of the Offer.
