Subject: Credit of Interim Cash Dividend
Dear Sir,
Please be informed that the 2ndinterim cash dividend at the rate of 20% i.e., Rs. 2/- per ordinary share for the year ending June 30, 2025 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders of the Company on May 19, 2025.
Pursuant to clause 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 read with section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, the Company has withheld cash dividend payment of shareholders who have not yet provided their valid CNIC number and /or details of International Bank Account Number (IBAN). We once again requested those shareholders to provide their CNIC and IBAN detail to the respective Shares Broker / CDC Investor Account Services (if shares are held in book entry form) or the Share Registrar of the Company (if shares are held physically). The details of such shareholders will be available on website of the Company (i.e., https://www.tariqglass.com) within seven working days after distribution of dividend.
The details of each shareholder regarding Gross Dividend, Zakat Deduction, Tax Deduction, Net Dividend etc will also be available on CCDR Web Portal within seven working days after distribution of dividend.
