TAPC Reschedules AGM and Withdraws NI44-101 Notice of Intent
Calgary, Alberta (FSCwire) - Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp. (“TAPC”)(TSXV: TPC) wishes to announce that due to market conditions it has withdrawn its intention to be qualified under National Instrument 44-101 (Short Form Prospectus Distribution). The annual general and special meeting of shareholders which had been called for September 29, 2017 has been rescheduled for February 19, 2018. At the meeting shareholders will be asked to ratify the Loan and Participation Agreement dated July 31, 2017 with Smoky Oil & Gas Corp and Batoche Oil & Gas Exploration Ltd.
