Taos Capital and TransGaming Technologies have also completed concurrent financing through a public offering and a private placement, respectively, pursuant to its final prospectus dated November 18, 2005. The public offering yielded gross proceeds of $405,100 for 1,620,400 shares; the commissions payable to a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Capital Corporation were $17,408 and 69,632 broker warrants were issued. Taos Capital has been officially renamed TransGaming Inc. and expects to be effective on the TSX Venture Exchange next week under the new name and symbol "TNG".
