Annexure I: Voting Results of the business transacted at the AGM, pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. b. Annexure II: Consolidated Scrutinizer's report on remote e-voting and e-voting conducted during AGM, submitted by the Scrutinizer, Mr. Mohan Ram Goenka Company Secretary in Practice (FCS: 4515, CP:2551), pursuant to section 108 of the Companies act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended.
