Announcement of Change of Assignment for Directors and Personnel Transfers
Tamron Co., Ltd. (Shiro Ajisaka, President & CEO) announces that the following change of assignment for directors and personnel transfers were approved today by the board of directors. Assignment changes of directors are subject to approval at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) and at the company's board of directors meeting afterward, both scheduled to be held on 29 March 2022.
