Each option had an exercise price of $0.09 per share and expire 12 months from their date of issue (Placement Options). The issue of the Placement Options was subject to Shareholder approval - received at the AGM on 23/11/21. On 22 February 2021, the Company issued 98,717,948 Shares under the Placement. As announced to ASX on 16 February 2021 the Company proposed to issue 15 million unlisted options to Taylor Collison (or its nominee) in connection with its role as sole lead manager for the Placement (Lead Manager Options).
