5.Cause of occurrence:Taisol's 2nd domestic unsecured convertible bond was
issued on August 20, 2019 and will mature on August 20, 2022. The Company
will repay and terminate trading on Taipei Exchange in accordance with the
Procedures for Issuance and Conversion of Taisol's 2nd domestic unsecured
convertible bond (the Procedures).

7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
(1)The unsecured convertible bond will mature on August 20, 2022 and the
denomination of the bond plus interest premium (based on CB face value
101.5075%) will be repaid in a single payment in accordance with Clause 6
of the Procedures.
(2)Final conversion date：August 18, 2022
(3)The termination of trading on Taipei Exchange：August 22, 2022
(4)The repayment will be made by check or remittance after deduct postage
or bank charge on September 5, 2022.
