Under these circumstances, the Company and its affiliated companies (collectively, the"Taisei Group") reported consolidated results of its operations as follows: orders received of ¥2,437.5 billion, a 24.2% increase, net sales of ¥2,154.2 billion, a 22.1% increase, operating income of

¥120.1billion, a 353.8% increase, ordinary income of ¥134.5 billion, a 245.7% increase, and net income attributable to owners of parent (the Company's shareholders) for the year of ¥123.8 billion, a 207.5% increase compared to the previous fiscal year.

The percentages of new orders from government agencies, private companies and overseas construction projects out of the total were 70.6%, 29.4% and 0.0%, respectively, and the percentage of orders received without competitive bidding out of the total was 26.1%.

Net sales for the Taisei Group were ¥630.6 billion, a 24.8% increase compared to the previous fiscal year, because an increase in net sales was observed in the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries.

Net sales for the Taisei Group were ¥1,372.5 billion, a 22.8% increase compared to the previous fiscal year, because an increase in net sales was observed in the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries.

Net sales for the Company were ¥1,196.9 billion, a 19.1% increase compared to the previous fiscal year.

In the real estate industry, the movements of return to office has been progressing, the recent vacancy rate has been on a downward trend, and the rent has been on a upward trend in the building leasing market, and the real estate sales market remained steady by virtue of strong investors'demand.

Net sales of the Taisei Group in the real estate segment were ¥137.5 billion, a 6.1% increase compared to the previous fiscal year, because of the increase in net sales was observed in the Company's consolidated subsidiaries.
