BURNABY, BC, July 12, 2017 /CNW/ - Taiga Building Products Ltd. ("Taiga" or the "Company") (TSX:TBL) announces that its Board of Directors has approved a change of the Company's fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31, in order to align with the year end of its major shareholder and match other companies in the industry.  As a result, Taiga will have a transitional year of 9 months ending December 31, 2017.
