COMMUNICATION OF PURCHASE OF TREASURY SHARESMilan, 20 October 2025 - SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector offering innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial and service market segments, as part of the treasury share buyback program communicated to the market on 9 October 2025 and launched on 10 October 2025, announces that it has purchased on Euronext Milan - STAR Segment in the period between 10 October 2025 and 17 October 2025 inclusive, 20,046 own ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005595423) (corresponding to approximately 0.0641% of the share capital), at an average price equal to about
€ 6.02 and for a total value of € 120,581.90.
Following up on what has already been communicated to the market, the purchases have the sole purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the incentive plan called "Stock Option Plan 2024-2026," approved by the SYS-DAT assembly on March 20, 2024, and subsequently amended on April 15, 2024.
