Placing of an issue under supervision

Regarding a decision of the BSE Board of Directors under Record of Proceedings No. 03 of 23 January 2025, by which the issue of shares of Synthetica AD (SYN), ISIN BG1100008132, has been placed under surveillance for nine (9) months and because of fulfilling the requirements of Art. 7 (2) of Part III - Listing Rules, BSE terminates the surveillance and confirms the listing of this issue of shares on the BSE Main Market, Standard Equities Segment.
