Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited has decided to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company which was scheduled for Tuesday, 20 June 2023, at 10:30 AM at Jinnah Auditorium Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry Lahore as communicated through the Notice of EOGM dated May 30, 2023.
