COMPLETION OF DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION
IN RELATION TO
THE DISPOSAL OF 100% EQUITY INTERESTS
IN TARGET COMPANIES
Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 4 April and 2 May 2018 respectively in relation to the disposal of 100% equity interests in the Target Companies (the "Announcements"). Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless the context requires otherwise.
The Company is pleased to announce that the transfer of the Sale Shares to the Purchaser has been completed on 29 August 2018 ("Completion Date"). With effect from the Completion Date, the Target Companies will cease to be subsidiaries of the Company.
