We are writing to inform you that, following the Election of Directors held at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Symmetry Group Limited ("the Company"), the Board of Directors in their meeting held on February 26, 2025, has re-appointed Mr. Zaheer Hussain Dodhia as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Syed Sarocsh Ahmed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a term of three years commencing from February 26, 2025.
