(TSXV:SYZ) ("Sylogist" or the "Corporation") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 166,669 options to purchase common shares of the Corporation to management and directors of the Corporation. The options were issued at the current market price in accordance with the Corporation's Stock Option Plan. Each such option entitles the holder to acquire a common share of the Corporation, subject to certain conditions.
