EDMONTON and CALGARY, Jan. 15 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. ("SYZ" - TSX Venture Exchange) today announced that Sylogist Ltd. has amalgamated with its wholly owned subsidiary Masterworks Software Systems Ltd. ("Masterworks"). Masterworks was a privately held Calgary based company that was acquired by Sylogist Ltd. on October 17, 2007. The amalgamation of Sylogist Ltd. with Masterworks is effective as of January 1, 2008.
The Articles and Certificate of Amalgamation have been filed on SEDAR as of January 15, 2008.
