In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform that Mrs. Shilpa Dinesh Poddar (DIN: 00164141), and Mr. Prabhat Dinesh Poddar (DIN: 09637477), Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f September 01, 2026 due to the reasons stated in their respective Resignation Letters. The Resignation Letters received from Mrs. Shilpa Dinesh Poddar and Mr. Prabhat Dinesh Poddar, are enclosed herewith.
