Suzhou Institute of Building Science Group Co., Ltd. has received a notice from the relevant parties that they are currently planning material matters involving the Company.
Given that there is still significant uncertainty regarding the aforementioned matter, and pursuant to relevant regulations, upon application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading in the Company's shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on September 30, 2026. It is expected that the trading suspension will last for no more than 2 trading days.
