Sustainability Yearbook 2026: Edenred among the top 15% of companies in its industry in terms of ESG performance

About this update from Edenred Sa

For the fifth consecutive year, Edenred is a member of the Sustainability Yearbook, which assesses companies with the most virtuous sustainability practices within their industry. It is published annually by financial data and analytics provider S&P Global and brings together the top 15% of companies in their industry in terms of environmental, social and governance performance. The ranking in the 2026 edition of the Sustainability Yearbook is based on the S&P Global CSA (Corporate Sustainability Assessment) score obtained in 2025: awarded annually by S&P Global, it assesses a company's sustainability practices based on industry-specific criteria. In 2025, Edenred's S&P CSA score was 71/100, an increase of 6 points compared to 2024. Edenred thus ranks among the top 3% of companies in the Diversified Financial Services sector. A total of 9,200 companies were assessed by the CSA, and only 848 companies across 59 countries were selected for inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook. This performance is linked to the strengthening of the Group's social policies and the validation of its greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) 1 . Edenred confirmed its Net Zero Carbon commitment by 2050. 1 : The Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is a collaboration between the CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). The SBTi defines and promotes best practices in setting science-based targets and independently assesses companies' targets. About S&P Global S&P Global is a renowned global provider of financial information, specialising in credit ratings, benchmarks and analysis of capital and commodity markets. To determine ESG scores, S&P Global relies on its own Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) - an annual comparative study of companies' performance against economic, environmental and social criteria - as well as an in-depth analysis of media coverage of organisations and publicly available information about their stakeholders.
