This is furtherance to the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on February 5, 2026, approving the offer and issue of Equity Shares of the Company by way of a Rights Issue to eligible shareholders of the company as on the record date for an agreegate amount not exceeding INR 594 Lakhs, in accordance with the SEBI(ICDR) Regulation, 2018 as amended ("SEBI ICDR Regulation) and other applicable laws including circulars issued by SEBI from time to time ("issue"). The extract of newspaper publication of the advertisement which was published today i.e. Monday, February 16, 2026 in compliance with Regulation 84 (1) of SEBI ICDR Regulations as per details mentioned 1. Financial Express (English) National Daily newspaper with wide circulation. 2. Jansatta (Hindi) National Daily with wide circulation. The Dinalipi (Odia) Regional language daily news paper with wide circulation at the place where the registered office of the company is situated are hereby submitted.
