Recommended for the re-appointment of Mr. Amarendra Dash (DIN: 00583036) as the Managing Director of the company to the shareholders for their approval in the forthcoming AGM.Recommended for the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Hota (DIN: 09515107) as an Independent Director of the company to the shareholders for their approval in the forthcoming AGM.
