Suria Capital Announces Datuk Ahmad Rizal Dahli as Group Managing Director Kota Kinabalu, 2 January 2026 - Suria Capital Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce the appointment of Datuk Ahmad Rizal bin Dahli as its new Group Managing Director, with effect from 1 January 2026.Datuk Ahmad Rizal, aged 55, is a Malaysian national and previously served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Qhazanah Sabah Berhad. He has been a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad since 23 March 2020 and has been actively involved in Board deliberations on the Group's strategic and investment matters.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Datuk Ahmad Rizal has held senior leadership roles across corporate banking, project financing and executive management. His industry exposure spans infrastructure, property development, maritime, oil and gas, and investment holding, providing him with a broad perspective to support the Group's strategic direction.
Datuk Ahmad Rizal holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Holborn College, London, and is a Certified Credit Professional with the Institute of Bankers Malaysia (IBBM).
Commenting on the appointment, Datuk Hj. Faisyal bin Datuk Yusof Hamdain Diego, Chairman of Suria Capital Holdings Berhad, said:

Datuk Ahmad Rizal succeeded Datuk Ng Kiat Min following the conclusion of her contract on 31 December 2025, after nearly a decade of service as Group Managing Director.
