Company Act, Supreme urges existing shareholders and employees who miss the
subscription deadline to submit payment from 111/02/24 to 111/03/24 3:30pm.

(1.)Shareholders and employees who missed thd subscription deadline, please
    bring the original subscription notification and submit payment to the
    Bank SinoPac. Subscription right is deemed forfeited if the payment has
    not been paid by the deadline.
(2.)For those shareholders and employees who submit payment by the deadline,
    Supreme will deliver the new shares to shareholders' accounts in TDCC.
