Superior Plus Income Fund (the "Fund") announced that its 2007 Annual Report, Annual Information Form, and Management Proxy Circular have been filed with the relevant securities regulators and are posted on the Canadian Securities Administrator's website at www.sedar.com and the Fund's website at www.superiorplus.com.

The printed versions of the 2007 Annual Report, Notice of Annual Meeting and Management Proxy Circular will be mailed to Unitholders on or about March 17, 2008. If Unitholders did not "opt-in" to receive the 2007 Annual Report, they may obtain a copy on www.sedar.com or www.superiorplus.com or by e-mailing Leanne Likness, Corporate Secretary, at llikness@superiorplus.com.
