2022 Annual General Meeting
Super Retail Group Limited (ASX:SUL) advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 11:30am (Brisbane time) on Thursday, 27 October 2022.
In accordance with Super Retail Group Limited's constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 24 August 2022, being 45 business days before the AGM.
Further details regarding the AGM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
