▽In order to facilitate explosive growth in the Asia/Oceania region, we will integrate Suntory Beverage & Food Asia, Frucor Suntory and Suntory Coffee International to establish a new "Asia Pacific" region.

Reorganization of the Corporate Management Division and Corporate Strategy Division
▽In order to improve the efficiency of corporate functions within the organization, a flexible structure will be created that is more closely linked to the business. In accordance with this change, the Corporate Management Legal Department will be established as a new entity and placed directly under SBF, along with the Human Resources Department, Global HR Department, and Cross Region Development Promotion Department.
