We wish to inform that, pursuant to regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board has fixed 11 June 2026 as Record Date to determine eligibility for payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
