According to the resolution of the 2 0 2 1 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of SUN Vending Technology Public Company Limited ("the Company" or "SVT") held on March 22, 2021, it was resolved to approve the proposed Sale of 200,000,000 newly issued ordinary shares at par value of 1 baht per share, total 200,000,000 baht, divided into 180,000,000 shares allocated to the general public, and 20,000,000 shares allocated to directors, executives or employees of the Company, total 200,000,000 shares at the IPO price of 2.54 baht per share.
On September 22, 2021 to September 27, 2021, the Company had offered and allocated such newly issued ordinary shares by allocation to the general public in the amount of 185,050,000 shares, and allocation to the directors, executives or employees of the Company in the amount of 1 4 ,9 5 0 ,0 0 0 shares. The company received money from the IPO, totaling 508.00 million baht.
In this regard, the Company would like to report the use of capital increase for the 6 -month period ended June 30, 2022 as follows:
