Sumuka Agro Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This has reference to our letter dated 27th October, 2025, regarding intimation of Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, 07th November, 2025, inter alia,1.To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors;2.Any other matter with permission of chairman.We hereby further inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the said meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been postponed and is re-scheduled to be held on 10th November 2025 Kindly consider this as an intimation in terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and take the same on your records.
