The audited standalone Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the re-appointment of M/s S K Jha & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad (FRN: 126173W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years
