We wish to inform you that our existing Share Transfer Agent ''Purva Sharegistry India Pvt Ltd'' has not handed over all required documents to us and newly appointed Share Transfer Agent ''Integrated Registry Management Services Pvt Ltd. Hence, existing Share Transfer Agent will continue to be Share Transfer Agent till the closing of Business hours of April 15, 2025.
