Notice Concerning Change of Representative Directors and Executives
Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has informally decided, at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 12, 2026, to change the Company's representative directors, directors, and audit & supervisory board members as well as executive officers as described below.
The changes of representative directors, directors, and audit & supervisory board members are expected to be formally approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 26, 2026, as well as at meetings of the Board of Directors and the Audit & Supervisory Board. The changes of executive officers are expected to be formally approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on the same day.
