Sugi Holdings Co., Ltd. hereby announces, as described below, that at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on January

27, 2025, changes in representative directors were determined as follows.

1. Reasons for the changes

Amidst major changes in the business environment surrounding our group, Shinya Sugiura has been appointed

Representative Director & Vice President in order to increase the speed and execution ability of management decisions and

accelerate the growth of the business through a new structure in preparation for our 50th anniversary.
