On 17 July 2025, shareholders at the virtual annual general meeting of Südzucker AG voted in favor of the supervisory and executive boards' recommendation to pay a dividend of EUR 0.20 (previous year: 0.90) per share. Based on 204.1 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 41 (previous year: 184) million. Again the annual general meeting was held in virtual form. According to preliminary evaluation, a total of 320 (previous year: over 325) shareholders and guests followed the broadcast.
