Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have:1. Approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended 30th September, 2024. 2. The Auditors of the Company, M/s. NBT & Co, Chartered Accountants, have issued the Limited Review Report for Standalone Financial Statements as prepared under the Companies Act, 2013 and Standalone Financial Results as prepared under Listing Regulations for the half year ended 30th September, 2024.
