This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Subhash Silk Mills Limited read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for purpose of trading in the shares of Company by its Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from July 1, 2025 till 48 (forty eight) hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results by the Company for Quarter ending June 30, 2025.The date of Board Meeting of Company for consideration & declaration of said financial results shall be intimated in due course. Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, PAN of designated persons of Company shall be freezed by National Securities Depository Limited (Designated Depository) for trading in securities of Company during said window closure period.You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
