The focus is on further developing commercial platforms and processes, achieving greater standardization and productization, and enabling simpler and more automated processing for clients, agencies, and sales. Ströer aims to establish "Real World" as a new platform category in the advertising market - alongside the existing digital platform categories of Search, Social, Video, and Commerce, which include providers such as Google, Meta, YouTube, and Amazon. "Ströer is one of the three large German media companies and has continued to grow dynamically in recent years. With Out of Home, Digital Out of Home, Digital Out of Home Video, and our market-leading Open Web offering, we have a combination that is unmatched in its breadth on the German market," says Udo Müller, CEO of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA. "Until now, I have personally assumed overall commercial responsibility for our media business in addition to my role as CEO. With the new CCO position, we are now establishing clear and consistent accountability for the market, customers, products, and revenue. Stefan combines traditional and digital marketing with extensive leadership experience, transformation expertise, and an outstanding network. He is the right person to further expand our strong market position," Müller continued.
