Strategic Plan

Small Business Development Group, Inc.

Finalizes Strategic Plan

October 1, 2013

Small Business Development Group, Inc. (OTC: VRNID. On October 3, 2013, the symbol will change to SBDG), has completed and published the strategic plan for the Company. The plan highlights the reasoning and process for ?Engineering a Public Company?. As previously announced, restructuring the equity and reducing debt have accomplished the ?cleanup? of the company?s balance sheet. The company?s capital structure is now acceptable for investments of growth capital and acquisitions.

The next steps are focused on the income statement. The company?s strategy is to increase sales through providing financial services, assisting other companies wanting to mimic our process, and completing acquisitions of companies with good fundamentals to add to our portfolio.

There are two aspects to our unique business model:

Aspect 1.   Business advisor services for client companies and to our portfolio companies; and,

Aspect 2.   Acquisition of companies with fundamentals for our portfolio by using our public company securities in unique structures.

Small Business Development Group, Inc., as a holding company is acquiring companies for its own portfolio; and as a strategic business solutions firm, is providing services to companies requiring cutting-edge financial advice in the area of corporate growth strategies and business exiting.

Since 2008, investors and entrepreneurs have seen a once-in-a-century financial challenge for small and medium size companies. According to a 2011 Small Business Administration Study, it is estimated that more than $10 trillion in private and family businesses in North America will be sold in the next decade as aging baby boomers move on to the next phase of their lives. Selling all or part of their businesses is one of the most important decisions they will ever make, and the capital markets are not able to respond. Due to these tough circumstances, many companies are not able to achieve their financial targets or divest of their company. Most companies today, including our existing and potential portfolio companies, do not have the financial sophistication to ?Engineer a Transaction? in today?s financial market.
