Strategic Partnership To Advance US Community Financial infrastructure

Partnership expands PIHG’s US financial services strategy through BlackGold’s U.S. community platform, technology development capabilities, and institutional relationships

HOUSTON, July 14, 2026 - Plural Industry Holding Group (“PIHG”) and BlackGold Equity Partners (“BGEP”) today announced a strategic partnership to advance technology-enabled financial infrastructure for underserved communities across the United States.

The partnership is intended to position PIHG and BGEP around three core objectives:

  • Expanding financial infrastructure access for underserved communities through regulated institutional relationships and technology-enabled delivery
  • Building a scalable community engagement platform that connects trusted local networks with capital resources, financial education, & institutional financial services.
  • Supporting PIHG’s financial services strategy through BGEPs US execution capabilities, community relationships, and market development platform.
The partnership is designed to support PIHG’s broader US financial services strategy by combining PIHG’s investment, advisory, and transaction capabilities with BGEPs’ U.S. operating platform, community relationships, technology strategy, and institutional development efforts.

Through the collaboration, PIHG and BGEP intend to develop a scalable framework that connects churches, faith-based organizations, community institutions, small businesses, and local entrepreneurs with appropriately licensed and regulated financial institutions and authorized financial service providers.

The initiative addresses a long-standing market gap. Underserved communities often have strong local trust networks, membership density, business activity, and economic potential, but often lack coordinated access to institutional banking relationships, capital resources, digital financial tools, and financial education. PIHG and BGEP believe that trusted community networks, regulated financial partnerships, and technology infrastructure can create a more effective bridge between these communities and the broader financial system

“Our focus is to help connect capital, technology, regulated financial institutions, churches, community organizations, and small businesses through a structure that is credible, scalable, and built for long-term impact,” said Arthur Lyons, Managing Partner of BGEP.

The collaboration aligns with PIHG’s ongoing evaluation of opportunities across banking, fintech, financial infrastructure, and strategic investment. PIHG is currently evaluating potential equity investments and strategic transactions in the financial services sector, including opportunities involving regulated financial institutions. Any such transaction remains subject to due diligence, definitive documentation, financing, regulatory approvals, and customary closing conditions.

BGEP is expected to support the initiative through platform strategy, community engagement, investor relationships, market development, and coordination with regulated financial partners. The companies intend for the framework to be developed with an institutional approach to compliance alignment, risk management, operational discipline, and long-term community participation.
