Strake Inc. Confirms 6% Equity Stake in EFB Green Energy, Establishing Strategic Position in Scalable Bioenergy Platform

· Issued by Strake Inc.

BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 18, 2026 — Strake Inc. (OTC Pink: SRKE) today announced that it has secured a 6% equity interest in EFB Green Energy Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysia-based clean-energy company focused on converting residual biomass from palm oil production into commercially usable solid biofuel.

EFB Green Energy has issued 35,901 ordinary shares to Strake Inc., representing 6% of EFB’s issued and outstanding share capital. Strake’s ownership position has been formally registered in Malaysia.

The investment gives Strake direct participation in a renewable-energy project addressing a large and historically challenging biomass resource: empty fruit bunches, commonly known as EFB, which are generated as a byproduct of palm oil production.

EFB Green Energy has developed a proprietary processing approach designed to convert this biomass into solid energy pellets suitable for industrial use. According to EFB Green Energy, the technology is intended to address technical challenges that have historically limited the commercial use of EFB, including high moisture levels and alkaline ash components that can contribute to slagging and deposits during combustion.

“We believe the formal establishment of our 6% ownership position represents an important milestone for Strake,” said Sven Kendziorra, CEO of Strake Inc. “It provides us with direct participation in a business addressing both an environmental challenge and a potentially significant renewable-energy opportunity. We are particularly encouraged by the scalability of the concept and by EFB Green Energy’s focus on converting an existing industrial byproduct into a commercially useful energy product.”

The production concept is designed around modular expansion, potentially allowing additional production capacity to be added as operations develop and commercial demand is established.

Strake believes this model presents an attractive combination of renewable-energy development, circular-economy principles and potential commercial scalability. Rather than requiring the cultivation of an additional energy crop, the EFB Green Energy concept seeks to derive usable energy from a residual material already generated by the palm oil industry.

Importantly, Strake’s current investment structure provides the company with a direct 6% equity position while preserving flexibility regarding future capital commitments. Any additional investment toward a larger ownership interest remains at Strake’s discretion and is subject to its evaluation of EFB Green Energy’s business progress, financing availability, commercial viability and other relevant factors.

“Our immediate focus is on supporting EFB Green Energy as it advances from technology development toward commercial-scale operations,” Kendziorra said. “If the technology performs successfully at scale and the commercial market develops as anticipated, we believe EFB Green Energy could be positioned to participate in a meaningful and growing segment of the renewable-energy market.”

Strake will continue to evaluate EFB Green Energy’s operational and commercial development and will provide further updates as appropriate.
