Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust likely has multiple growth drivers, OCBC Group Research's Ada Lim says in a research report. These include its streamlined portfolio of European high-quality assets in prime locations and strategic tilt toward logistics & industrial properties' sub-sector, the analyst says. OCBC likes that the Singapore-listed REIT is actively pursuing selective value-add and redevelopment opportunities to enhance portfolio quality, while increasing its exposure to data-center assets via strategic investments. OCBC increases its FY 2026 and FY 2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 0.2% and 1.4%, respectively. It raises the unit's fair value estimate to 1.92 euro from 1.88 euro, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are unchanged at 1.57 euro. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
