( TSXV: STW ; OTCQB: ROVMF ; FSE: 4XO1 ) (" Stockworks " or the " Company ") is pleased to announce that its common shares have been approved for trading on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States under the symbol "ROVMF," effective September 8, 2026. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "STW." Trading on the OTCQB Venture Market is expected to increase the Company's visibility and accessibility among U.S. investors. The Company has submitted an application to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") to change its U.S. trading symbol from ROVMF to a symbol more closely aligned with the Company's current name. The application remains under review, and there is no certainty regarding the timing or approval of the requested change.
