Pursuant to the provisions of the Clause 4(2) of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 5, 2022 and SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD 2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023 read with Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons" ('Insider Trading Code'), the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for the insiders from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026.
