in compliance with the terms of its restructuring plan, it has posted certain
principal documents in connection with the plan to a dedicated web site area.
The documents include the (i) New Platform Trust Indenture and
Supplemental Indenture; (ii) the New Inter-creditor Agreement and the Province
Inter-creditor Agreement; (iii) the New Province Note Loan Agreement; (iv) the
New Warrant Indenture, and (v) the Pension Agreement with the Province of
Ontario.
