Cancellation of capital increasing in the company's subsidiary and cancellation of investing in Bitcoin mining

Subject: Notification of the Board of Directors' resolution: on cancellation of capital increasing in the companys subsidiary and cancellation of investing in Bitcoin mining

In reference to the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting of Starflex Public Company Limited ("the Company") no. 3/2022 held on May 11, 2022, The Board of Directors had resolved to approve increasing of registered capital of the companys subsidiary, PS Plus Consulting Company Limited, from 20 million baht to 120 million baht. The increased capital was expected to use in Bitcoin mining investment.

Due to the Bitcoin price has dropped below the point where bitcoin mining may not generate an attractive return. The Board of Directors Meeting of the Company no. 4/2022 held on August 10, 2022, has resolved to cancel the capital increasing in the companys subsidiary and also cancel the investing in Bitcoin mining.
