New York, USA - Starfleet Innotech, Inc. (OTC: SFIO) announced today that Steven Insalaco has resigned from his role as President of the company, effective June 30, 2023.
Mr. Insalaco actively joined Starfleet Innotech, Inc. in August 2022 and served as President. Steven Insalaco has decided to pursue other business endeavors and in the best interest of the company and its shareholders has therefore chosen to resign his position as President.
“On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Steven for his contributions over the past 11 months and wish him the very best in his future ventures," said Jeths Lacson, CEO of Starfleet Innotech. "Starfleet Innotech is well-positioned for continued growth, and we remain focused on executing our strategic vision.”
The company will commence a search for Mr. Insalaco's replacement and in the interim, CEO Jeths Lacson will assume Mr. Insalaco's responsibilities and ensure continuity of operations.
